Involved in countering the first line of host defense mechanisms. Specifically inhibits the response of human neutrophils and monocytes to complement anaphylatoxin C5a and formylated peptides, like N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP). Acts by binding directly to the C5a receptor (C5aR) and formylated peptide receptor (FPR), thereby blocking the C5a- and fMLP-induced calcium responses. Prevents phagocytosis of the bacterium. Chemotaxis inhibitory Protein, S. aureus (strain NCTC 8325/PS47), Recombinant (His & Myc) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-10xHis and C-Myc tag. 应用说明	Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile deionized water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/mL. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.
